Hopefully, they will still have the rims I want when I go to order them. If not, then I am going to get a set of these babies. If they don't have these. . . then I will have sad.

For some reason it won't allow me to put this in the post. . .

Curious why you rebadged a Scion to a Toyota?

Haven't done it yet. Still the strong possibility I will. Don't like the Scion crowd. . . the remind me of things I don't like.

Dat fitment.
Is that with a slight drop though?

Why not? It IS a Toyota, after all.

Yeah, it looks like about an inch. Nothing crazy, looks perfect though!

That looks to be a British car, so it wasn't re-badged.

What I was referring to is that he said, a while back, he was going to rebadge it to a Toyota badge from the Scion.

Are those race tires, or just something street legal with really smooth sidewalls? Either way, the whole package looks amazing.
Besides making it look super nice, will you do/have you done something to correct the poor mid-range torque that I hear people talking about? Supercharger, perhaps? Twin turbos? Swap in a SB Chevy?

Well I got a set of really good UEL headers, which should really help make the torque curve a lot flatter. With just the headers the car makes a lot more power( about 18+ hp, which is pretty good on a 200hp car ). I don't really want to go FI for three reasons: warranty issues, I like to keep NA cars NA, and lastly I don't know how it effects reliability. Maybe way off in the distant future.

Is it too much tire for the engine now? I'm assuming you're planning on doing some kind of upgrade to the internals as well.

I am not going to be adding FI to the car, anytime soon. . . or ever. But once internals do start to come out for NA people(they have low comp pistons, but that obviously isn't for NA), I will start to add them slowly but surely. The wider wheels are more for grip than anything. 8" should be more than enough, but I also want the car to look nice, so 9" appear to be best. Plus the wheels I want are about 2lbs lighter than stock!

Australian.
The Green P plate is a dead giveaway.
